As the Fund is not a pooled fund, your entitlement to income or capital is based only on your investment in a specific first mortgage and you have no right to the income or capital of other first mortgages in the Fund.

Any investment in the Fund is on the basis Ascent, nor its directors, officers or employees guarantee the performance of any investment in the Fund or in a specific first mortgage or promise any repayment of capital invested in or payment of any income from the Fund or a specific mortgage investment.
